Pour-over
What is pour-over in coffee?
Pour-over is a way of making filter coffee by hand: you pour hot water over ground coffee in a filter cone and let it drip through into a cup or jug. Because you control the pouring, you control the brew. Popular pour-over brewers include the Hario V60, Chemex and Kalita Wave.
Pour-over is a form of percolation brewing. Browse every method in the pour-over chapter, or start with the V60.
