Nitro coffee
What is nitro coffee in coffee?
Nitro coffee is cold brew infused with nitrogen gas and poured from a tap, much like a stout beer. The tiny nitrogen bubbles give it a creamy, velvety texture, a cascading pour and a thick head, without any milk or sugar. It is served cold, usually without ice.
Nitro coffee spread through specialty cafés in the early 2010s. At home, a cream whipper with nitrous-oxide chargers gives a similar creamy result. See nitro cold brew.
