Coffee concentrate
What is coffee concentrate in coffee?
A coffee concentrate is coffee brewed much stronger than you would drink it, using less water, and then diluted with water, milk or ice to serve. Cold brew concentrate is often made at around 1:4 to 1:8 coffee to water and mixed roughly half and half before drinking.
Concentrates keep well in the fridge for several days and are handy for iced drinks. See cold brew and cold brew concentrate.
