What are sweet coffee drinks?

Sweet coffee drinks add a rich ingredient to coffee: chocolate in a mocha, sweetened condensed milk in a café bombón, whipped egg yolk and sugar in Vietnamese egg coffee, or a scoop of ice cream in an affogato. Many began as regional café specialities.
